Overgrown vegetation covering footpath

The footpath from Edgar Mobs Way behind the car parks by Hellermann Tyton leading to the footbridge across the river to gain access to Sixfields Reservoir is completely overgrown and restricting access on the footpath. The crazy thing is, all the grass around the reservoir and other paths have been cleared over recent weeks, but not this route!
