  • You state that this pothole has been fixed (as above),I have checked today and that statement is incorrect.No remedial work has taken place at all

  • Investigation: Completed (Temporary Repair Completed - A permanent repair will be carried out in the next 28 days.) - We have temporarily filled a defect that meets our criteria for repair at the location pinpointed. A permanent repair will follow within the next 26 weeks. No further safety defects were noted at this location. If it is safe to do so, a photo would be appreciated so we can action fixing it if it fits our criteria. Also, using https://what3words.com/ to pinpoint a more specific location would help.
