New hedging has being planted in highway boundary, causing access problems

Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility category anonymously at 16:31, Tue 4 June 2024

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council 4 months, 1 day, 1 minute later. ref: 6062729.

A new hedging has been planted next to the main site exit leaving the site

This is been planted on highways land and is obstructing my vision from exiting my site

My car needs to basically sit in the middle of the road before I can see if the road is clear, and I can see there beening an accident very soon

I would like a highways inspector to attend the site and deal with it as soon as possible

Updates

  • Now one has been out to assess the problem and it is getting worse it is an accident waiting to happen

  • Hi Fix my Street

Now yet again this problem is still here and you do not seem to be doing anything about it please advise me when we can have a meeting on-site to discuss and arrange a solution

At the moment it is a very dangerous access that has been blocked by hedging being implanted in highway

    On highway land

It is a health and safety issue as well as an accident waiting to happen

Please can you advise me when someone could come out and have a look

    Regards

Kevin Pickering, telephone number (07768) 318356
