High hedges

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6072129.

Hedges on all estate over grown the front of my house 104 nene drive the hedge whice is council contract to cut is over 8ft high as wheel chair user hedge is coming on to path need hedge cutting so safe to use path to front door
