London End needs resurfacing
Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 16:40, Thu 6 June 2024
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council 18 hours, 58 minutes later. ref: 6073784.
I took 18 images of the length of London End. Your system will only upload 3 images. Some defects had old paint spray which had faded and the defect never repaired. It is beyond repairing the odd pothole. Owl End Way Lower Boddington has been resurfaced as has most of Farm Stile last year.

Not for the first time, you cherry pick a few repairs and leave the rest to deteriorate. These are a menace to road safety and are on driving lines with parked cars that cannot be avoided. If you look at the road, not the photos you can see that all the cracked tarmac is loose and could be kicked up by vehicles risking injury to pedestrians and damage parked vehicles

Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme) - We have inspected the area highlighted. Upon inspection we have determined that this area does not raise any immediate safety concerns or meet the criteria for repair. However, please be assured we will be routinely inspecting it to watch for deterioration. All potholes that were a safety defect have already been patched.
