Footpath line blocked by electric fence

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6076753.

The correct line of the right of way is being blocked by an electric fence. The electric fence is very close to the stile and there is a risk of someone stumbling into the electric fence when climbing over it.
