Overgrown Vegetation Obstructing Footpath

It has been left to overgrow and hasn't been cut back this year at all. It obstructs people being able to walk through and my daughters have cut there legs open on the brambles several times. It is also full of stinging nettles. What three words location: ///wakes.driver.pools
