Missing yellow bollards

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6089125.

There where some yellow bollards placed around brickyards spinney to prevent travellers parking, 2 have been remove near my home 12 Boughton Ln, Moulton Park Industrial Estate, Moulton, Northampton NN3 7RN, please can these be replaced.
