Comercial vehicle parking close to the corner/entrance of a residential street forcing cars turning into the close onto the opposite side of the road into oncoming traffic, several near miss incidents have been witnessed and experienced. The vehicle is also impeding on the pavement causing an obstruction, the vehicle is parked there on and off everyday for at least 50% of each day. The owner of the vehicle doesn't live in the immediate vicinity.
