Vehicles parked on path

As you drive down Rickyard Road, there are vehicles parked on the pavement on the right hand side. Two low trucks with trailers and cars on them and one car in the middle of the two. On driving along Rickyard Road, on the bend, they block the view of oncoming traffic, particularly if cars are also parked on the other side of the road, on the bend. These trucks have been parked there for weeks now. Something needs doing before an accident happens
