Over grown trees

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6097821.
Over crown trees growing at the back of my fence up from the ground on public pathway. Causing problems for public and safety issues. And the over grown trees are hanging in my garden which is also causing problems for my children.
