Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6102116.

4 North Holme Court, NN3 8UX this is council owned property. The garden is completely overgrown front and back, with rodents and the land is being neglected. Under section 215 notice overgrown garden please get arrange for the tenant to clear the area up.
