Overgrown gardens

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6102157.

8+9 North Holme Court, NN3 8UX . The front gardens are completely overgrown at the front and back, with rodents and the land is being neglected. Under section 215 notice overgrown gardens please get arrange for the owner/occupier to clear the areas up.
