Potholes and loss of wearing surface Springfield Way junction Lark Rise

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6104056.
The junction is like the surface of the moon. I have previously reported it, which has been closed with no action. Ref no. 6091522
I have taken this location up with Cllr Bagot-Webb as Assistant Cabinet Member for Highways.

This Cllr. Bagot-Webb - WNC Cabinet Assistant for Highways and HS2 - why was FMS report no. 6091522 closed yesterday as not action required when clearly this damaged road surface should be deemed dangerous as vunerable residents have to cross the road to get to the adjacent GP surgery and two care homes. Could you please explain when and what work is planned to remedy the situation.
