Unusable footpath for elderly

I have now reported this twice the footpath between main road shutlanger leading up to the blisworth turn is not safe, I walked my dog along there today to see if it has been cleared as would like to take an elderly person out along the path but at times had to go onto the road as it’s covered in wood, rubbish etc. please can someone look into this before an injury occurs !
