Ugly fence no longer needed

An unsightly fence is still fencing off new development, and is sited on public land. Some of the development is now occupied. The developers have now not been working on this site for 7 months but this unsightly fence remains in place on a public right of way and on public land. Neighbours in the area are fed up of having to look at this eyesore fence that is no longer needed and impedes a right of way
