Damaged road sign at Port Rd/Quarry Rd junction

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6115484.

Sign on the corner of Port Rd/Quarry Rd with directions for Harlestone etc is damaged. It has graffiti and is also pointing the wrong way.
