Blocked drains/gulleys The Warren/The Green Hardingstone - incorrect drains cleared following first report

Reported via desktop in the Blocked/Damaged category anonymously at 09:36, Wed 19 June 2024

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6125953.

Two drains/gulleys remain blocked on The Warren/The Green in Hardingstone either side of Heritage Farm Close. I first reported this under reference 5547510. At the beginning of June I received notification the job was completed. On checking, the drains in Heritage Farm Close have been cleared instead which did not need clearing. The two blocked drains are even more blocked than six months age. Attached are further photos showing exactly which ones they are. I re-reported this error at the beginning of June but it was not on the system when I checked today.

  • Drains/gulleys still blocked. Someone with a truck seemed to be trying to wash out one of them a few weeks ago but both reported gulleys still completely blocked.
