DYLs almost worn away

Reported via mobile in the Road Markings - Worn/Faded category anonymously at 16:11, Wed 19 June 2024

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6128667.

DYLs around the pavement islands on junction with Sunderland Street have almost disappeared; on one side there is hardly any paint left and on the other isolated patches over a 4m space. The first side has become difficult for traffic wardens to enforce. Cars regularly park there and create a dangerous blind spot.

  • Even from the pictures provided it is clear that on one side there is more 'no line" than DYLs.

How can no defect be found when the picture shows the opposite. Please come and visit the location in person rather than looking at only one of the two photos; one for each side of the road. Many thanks.
