Two drains very slow to drain away

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6131179.

This and the opposite drain are very slow to drain away in heavy rain. They do clear eventually but could potentially flood into neighbouring properties if not flushhed out soon, please.
