There's a pothole where its clearly been fixed before. Deep and unavoidable with oncoming traffic

I reported one a week ago and an update came through to say it had been fixed but it's not been touched. There were two within a few meters of each other, do you only look at that exact spot we report these potholes? Please look around and not just where a pin is put. I am not going to stop on that road to take photos etc, because it's dangerous. Thank you

Investigation: Completed (Temporary Repair Completed - A permanent repair will be carried out in the next 28 days.), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 16 days.
