The has been Rubbish dumped outside Number 14 Harbrough Road AGAIN ! First noticed on Thursday (Rubbish collection on Wednesday !)

    This has been completed however it's not clear if it was completed by the Normal Rubbish Collection or a addtional service as the Report was not closed out by WNC.

    This has been reported again as problem as re appeared. ref: 6659929. Rubbish Bags dumped outside Number 14 found today Friday 25th October Note Rubbish day Wednesday! blocks the pavement and on many occasions kicked all over the pavement!
