Highways being backfilled with hard core rubble

Reported via mobile in the Verges - Damaged by Vehicles category anonymously at 15:34, Sun 23 June 2024

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6143186.

The problem is hard core rubble is spilling onto the carriage way from the vehicles crossing over highways verge, this is extremely dangerous and Not acceptable and I cannot understand why this is still happening and nothing being done , is this acceptable running over the verge without dropped kerbs ?????
