Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6146507.
I am reporting from Buckinghamshire Council as I am repairing the Bridleway Bridge on our side of the boundary and looking to take access from this route if we could pat fund some repairs with you? Farm track i believed to be a Public Right of Way but appears on the Council website on the Highways Register (obviously it may still be a white road?). Huge potholes in the track at the final section leading to the Great Ouse River. Can you contact me to discuss making some basic repairs between us?
