Loose manhole cover that bangs every time a car goes over it

Loud banging/ double loud click every time a vehicle goes over it …. This can be heard inside my property and often wakes me up at night … it can even still be heard from the back of the house. It’s been noisy for a couple of months now, and is affecting my sleep
