EC23 BOAT obstructed

The Byway Open to All Traffic EC23 is not accessible for rightful users. Riders are at risk of injury from the brambles and branches at eye level of the horse and the rider (presumably cyclists, pedestrians and MPV users would have similar issues). Personally, I have cuts and grazes to my arms and ripped jodphurs RRP£45 due to the overgrowth which has been reported before (summer 2023). (reporting again with personal email as work email did not appear to work)
