Missing rubbish bin

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6163529.

This rubbish bin was knocked over, and laying down, but has since been removed, I assume by the authorities. Please can it be put back or a new in its place. It also needs to have a better foundation than the previous one, maybe wider deeper concrete base.

    Hi. Still no replacement rubbish bin, after 3 months, see attached recent picture. Also see attached screenshot of your email report sent to me today. At the bottom it says do not reply to this email as it comes from an unmonitored account ??? So I went on the west Northants council site to access, fix my street. Regards Stephen
