No visibility when exiting the cul-de-sac

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6168860.

When leaving the cup de sac at this junction onto the main road, it’s extremely dangerous due to the cars parked up for long stretches preventing any visibility of traffic coming from either direction, which in itself is coming very fast down this road. The cars park right up to the junction, too. A mirror or some yellow lines might help?
