Dear Sir/Madam During the summer, most years I receive a letter from Kier Ltd on behalf of the council regarding the encroachment of a hedge to the pavement at the side of my house. But as you can see from the attached photos, when the rugby club opposite have a big game taking place, the parking in our street is very dangerous to say the least. I feel hard done by that my hedge encroaches the pavement by around 5inches but it’s ok to block the entire pavement with a car ? I will be cutting my hedge forthwith. I look forward to your reply Steve
