Branch Overhanging Driveway

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6184519.
There is a branch overhanging the driveway of 20 North Meadow View. It is dropping sap as well as pine cones onto vehicles parked underneath damaging paint work. This issue has been present for the last 3 or so months.

Is there any update on the land ownership please? I have checked the house plans and the trees sit outside of the 20 North Meadow View property boundary.
