Dog waste bin required

Residents have noticed an increasing issue with dog waste not being properly disposed of in and around Little Billing Village Green. Unfortunately some dog owners are not diligent in cleaning up after their dogs leading to unsightly and unhygienic conditions. Billing Parish Council believe that it is essential to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for everyone therefore would like to ask WNC to consider installing a dog waste bin in a strategic location in or near to LIttle Billing Village Green. This will encourage dog owners to dispose of their waste responsibly rather than leaving it in bags on the green where children play.
