The man hole cover is loose so we have put precautions in place. It does need checking to asap to prevent injury from people falling in.

Investigation: Completed (No Action Necessary), Defect Repair: Rejected - We can confirm that this land is not highways and is owned by West Northants Council who lease it to the boating club they would be responsible for all aspects of maintenance.
