Further to another neighbours report, upon checking with Daventry Town Council, they claim this area was never transferred from WestNorthants Council, so will not cut.As per New Local Plan from WNC, Daventry local plan, it’s referenced as area 64. Please confirm you recognise this area and therefore cut, or confirm transfer happened to DTC with evidence. This is becoming a fire risk, it has not been cut all year. Previously Taylor Wimpey cut it since 2019 as DDC couldn’t confirm who owned it, but now state it was transferred to DDC in 2004 and state the Land Registry is in error.previous contact at DTC, Mel Ellis-Brand. I’m starting to go dizzy going around in circles trying to resolve! Please call me if you require further clarification Thank you

WNC, rather than just say it is not the responsibility of the Highways department, rather than close the report, why don’t you try and transfer to the department that you think may be responsible?
