Sent to West Northamptonshire Council 4 months, 4 days, 1 hour, 3 minutes later. ref: 6194952.

Tree maintenance required to Maple tree on verge on Church Lane fronting houses on The Beeches MK19 6HQ. Lower branches overhanging properties causing adverse affect to natural light and creating debris on private properties. Parish Council agree, and although they maintain the grassed area here, advise that this tree is a West Northants Council responsibility.

  • Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location, and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the vegetation at this location is not currently meet the intervention criteria.
