Reported via mobile in the Parks/landscapes category anonymously at 14:07, Saturday 6 July 2024

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6197852.

The Public pathway between 46 &48 jubilee Road and all along pathway into town towards the subway is massively overgrown with thorned bushes over hanging the pathways. You get stung with thorns trying to walk down the path!

  • Not been sorted yet! This path is a struggle to get by. My children have been stung by stinging nettles and thrones numerous times.

  • When will these weeds and bushes be cut back? I was told the council would do this in September and still no sign of the council sorting them out. The field is regularly cut so why can’t these bushes be sorted out at the same time? There are rats in these bushes that have now made their way into gardens due to them not being maintained and left to over grow.

  • The council said these would be cut back in September, it is now November and still not been done. The field is regularly maintained and this is constantly being ignored. Damage is being done to private property due to the weight and thickness of these bushes
