Bin in micro park near 7 Middleton Road filled with dog excrement bags and other waste for nany weeks not emptied. Unhealthy as near houses. er

  • Norse is responsible for the litter bins. I reported the problem but nothing has been done and the bin is still full and overflowing. I am at least the second resident to complain to Norse.
