Blocked ditch on right hand side of Butcher's Lane approaching school lane blocked
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6202879.
The ditch on right hand side of Butcher's Lane takes the storm water run off from a drain running underground connected to a drain running from start of Butchers Lane from A5 where there are 2 NCC Highways drains all the way down to School Lane. The drain has manhole covers on verge along Lane. Some of the covers blow off from water that is not able to run and overflows out the drains due to blockage in the ditch at the other end of the drain near School Lane. This problem has been reported many times before and never fixed. The reporter would be happy to help you see the problem as one of the manholes that overflow and the drain lid blows off is at the bottom of his drive on the verge near the A5 end of Butchers Lane
