Road degradation and gravel over road

Multiple potholes and surface degradation causing dangerous road surface. I ride a motorbike and will soon be a Blood Bike volunteer, meaning I will be riding a Blood Bike at all times of the day and night to provide urgent blood deliveries for the NHS. The road is becoming dangerous to use as a biker and I’m concerned I may fall and damage the charity’s bike when going to/from home.
