Dangerously restricted view

The hedge and vegetation of 37 park lane is over hanging its boundary wall by about a metre and needs cutting back properly to the boundary wall. This problem has severely restricted the view of traffic coming down park road. Because of the speed of the vehicles, mostly in excess of the speed limit and the contour of the road crossing the road at this point is extremely hazardous as you cannot see the vehicles coming towards you until the last second by which time you are in the middle of the road. I have had several near misses at this point and this is just an accident waiting to happen. Also there are road signs which are largely buried in the hedge and are unreadable.
