Deep pothole developing in centre of road at junction of Burford Avenue/Lumbertubs Lane

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6213225.

There have been previous repairs to this spot but the pothole is developing again, the hole is in a dangerous position as many cyclists/schoolchildren pass by and vehicles swerve to avoid the pothole.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks.
