Vegetation from property causing obstruction on footpath

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6217881.
On Althorp Road outside property number 12, is a low wall with vegetation as a leafy Green Bush, Concern as the bush is now so large it is jutting out towards the pavement and residents and pedestrians have to walk around onto the road to pass. Issue as concern of danger by walking on the road.
