RECIEVED THIS E-MAIL FROM GRAND UNION, Please advise on the way forward.
Kind Regards
Les Barras 07789 518100
------------- Good afternoon, Mr Barras. I hope this email finds you well. I visited our garage site and the area in question outside properties 12-22 Northampton Road, Harpole, earlier this week and can confirm that Grand Union Housing Group own and are therefore responsible for all repairs within dark blue areas highlighted in the attached document. To further confirm, Grand Union will repair the pothole within the garage site, and uplift the block paving outside the access for numbers 12-22 Northampton Road, Harpole, though not the access serving numbers 12-22. I would assume that either the residents for number 12-22 are responsible for a portion of this area in line with their boundaries, or the local authority, WNC.
