Hugely overgrown hedge

Reported via mobile in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 15:52, Friday 12 July 2024

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6223066.

The hedges along the north west side of Oak Road have been so overgrown for years no one can walk along this side of the road. You can barely fit a single person along the path let alone a buggy or have your child walking next to you. This was a particular concern when there were roadworks on the opposite path and we were all forced to walk in the road as this path is unusable. I have witnessed wheelchair users, mobility scooter users and people with double buggy’s having to move into the road because this hedge is so overgrown.

  • The hedges are still not trimmed back so the path is still very much unusable. So frustrating
