Van continuously parked on a T junction, blocking sight of traffic coming from the left. Or if turning into the street.

White box van BF19 ENV is parked near the corner of Glebe Avenue and Martins Lane obstructing the view of drivers either entering or leaving Glebe Avenue

Major obstruction that the council dont want anything to do with unfortunately. "As there are no Traffic Orders in place which West Northamptonshire Council can enforce, any vehicle deemed to be causing an obstruction or parking dangerously, the matter should be reported via the local Safer Communities Team by calling the non-emergency telephone number 101 or by the following link on the Northants Police website https://www.northants.police.uk/ #!/ Local". Hopefully there isnt a serious accident or injury caused.
