Overgrown overhanging trees blocking path

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6228757.

Trees/hedgerow is overgrown and obstructing most of shared footpath/cyclepath. This is right on a bend so potential hazard for path users and making path narrow and unusable for mobility scooters or other users.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 9.2 days.
