Bridleway unpassable

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6228841.

The bridleway is definetly not passable for horses. For humans, it ranges from very difficult at best to impassable. Nettles, briars, 6 foo high ferms. Needs clearing.
