Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6229691.

Reported previously, had report saying its been cut back, it hasn't been cut back still overhangs and bins are put out on the path where hedge overgrown.

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.

  • Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme) - A further letter has been sent to the owner/occupier to cut back the vegetation and a further site visit will take place after 14 days and if the vegetation is not cut back further action will be taken.
