Overgrown weeds

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6229925.

Overgrown weeds mean children and adults are having to walk in the road to avoid stinging nettles and brambles. The parking area at the bottom is used regularly by families dropping off/picking up from St James Infant School.

  • Still not been sorted- this path is completely unusable atm. Having to walk on the road or to cross over and it's completely overgrown. No idea with young children

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
