Metro rod have been out to my property today on behalf of Anglian Water. They have told me to get back in contact with yourselves as they can see that the roots are from the tree outside the house in question. They say that you are responsible for sorting out this problem. I cannot upload pictures as the gulley drain is filled with water. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards Nicola Dalby

As well as the drainage problem, we need the tree to be removed as soon as possible. The fact that the roots have now blocked our drainage has caused major concern over the foundations of the house and whether they have been breached by the roots. This tree has been reported previously and nobody has responded to my previous emails. It is not right that a council tree is overhanging my driveway, uprooting my block paving, blocking my light and now causing drainage issues. Thank you Nicola Dalby

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Ongoing - Thank you for your enquiry. As this report is for a drainage investigation you would need to report the issue with the tree on another report. This way we can investigate this separately. Kind regards.
