Trees overhanging shared path along Harlestone Rd

Reported via mobile in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category by R Hartwell at 17:48, Mon 15 July 2024

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6232769.

The stretch of shared path on the Lodge Farm side of Harlestone Rd, between the Firs View and Quarry Rd junctions.

The trees along this path are overhanging. They need to be cut back both to clear the width of the path and ensure sufficient height clearance (at least 6ft).

It has been like this since late spring/early summer.

  • Trees / overgrowth cut back but unfortunately you haven’t cleared the path back . The space to walk has narrowed due to build up of mud which council need to scrape out. Also gutters still full of mud and white lines not visible.

  • The original post in July & the post in October are two different areas of Harlestone Rd the first being from Firs view junction to Quarry Rd junction on the cycle path/footpath, the 2nd is from Quarry Rd towards Harlestone firs & is just a footpath.
